Navy men’s track and field senior sprinter Jorda Sartor-Francis (Jonesboro, Ga.) and freshman hurdler Kordell Williams (Upper Marlboro, Md.) were named M-F Athletic Patriot League Track Athlete and Rookie of the Week, which was announced by the league office on Monday.
